Return your drone within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Email support to start; once we receive the return, refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
A 1-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects. Crash and water damage aren’t covered. Contact support with your order number to make a claim.
We collect only what we need to fulfill orders and provide support, and we never sell your information. Request a copy or deletion any time by email.
